The Nebo invite is this Friday. The races start at 3pm. The bus will leave at 1pm from the school. You will be excused at 12:30. Make sure to check if you are registered for the race and what race you are signed up to do.

Bring your running journals and make sure your mileage has been reported.

Starts at 2:30pm and ends at 5:00pm
Seniors first down to freshman.
